There's no doubt about the comfort and quality of these shoes. My only problem with them is that because of the open heel they tend to sort of 'stay behind', don't know if I make myself clear! When walking, the heel doesn't follow the foot movement with ease. I know this is true of most open heel shoes but not all. And I find this annoying when walking for some time.

I love Dr. Martens shoes and boots. I think they are trendy but comfy too, which is a rare treat. These Dolores were no exception. They are true to size, I am a generous size 8 and I ordered an 8 (42) and they fitted perfectly. They are soft leather, and the inside is padded cream. They are really comfy so far, although I haven't worn them for many hours. The colour is not really deep red, more of a dusty pink, but I think the picture is accurate. I searched the web and nobody could match the price at Amazon. They were delivered within 3 days with free delivery. Top Marks.
